4. Orders
Orders are considered accepted once they have been confirmed and processed by Ebzone. Ebzone reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

5. Delivery
Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days, subject to product availability and stock levels. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability or courier delays.
Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Ebzone will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

6. Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible after receipt.

7. Returns
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Certain special-order or customised items may not be eligible for return.

Products should always be installed by a qualified professional installer to ensure safe and correct fitting.
